REMOTE ONLINE NOTARIZATION (RON)

Remote Online Notarization (RON) is a process that allows documents to be notarized electronically and appearing before a notary online via audio-video technology. This means that the you and the notary do not need to be in the same physical location, and the entire notarization process can be completed remotely over the internet.

The benefits of RON include convenience, efficiency, and the ability to notarize documents for people who are unable to physically meet with a notary. RON is particularly useful in these situations:

1. When the individuals are in different locations
2. When mobility is an issue
3. When you have an urgent need to have a document notarized
4. When a Mobile notary is not available after hours or late evenings
5. Inclement weather

All you need to do is book an appointment with us. We are open all year round, so you can count on us whenever you need us.

The Notary will upload your document(s) to the RON platform.

A link to an audio/video session will be sent to you via email. Please keep this link safe and access it at the time of your scheduled appointment. 

We will ask you for one or two forms of identification and a series of security questions to verify your identity online. See FAQ for list of acceptable identifications. 

You will go into the session and will then be connected to a live Notary. When all parties have entered the virtual session, and have completed and passed the ID verification process we will start the notarization.

Once we have notarized your document, a secured link is immediately available to download the files.
