We serve individuals, businesses, and organizations in Fairfax, Loudoun, Prince Williams counties and beyond.

We are passionate about the work we perform. Our mission is to help you achieve your online and mobile notary goals.  We also offer Remote Online Notarization (RON) services, which allows you to get your documents electronically notarized from anywhere within the United States.  We adhere to all of the state's guidelines and regulations, ensuring our notarizations are legal and binding.

The owner of Signing Essentials, Angela Freeman is a certified Loan Signing Agent and Notary Public, commissioned and authorized by the state of Virginia to perform notarial acts and mortgage transactions.  Angela has a passion for helping people and finding solutions to their problems. That’s why she chose to be a Notary Public and Loan Signing Agent. When she is not working, she loves to stay active by going to the gym and hiking. She also values spending quality time with her family and friends and exploring new places to travel.
